I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Microsoft Advertising. I created a new account and deposited \$500, but my account was blocked without any explanation. I have been unable to create any campaigns, and customer support has been unhelpful and dismissive.
I have been a Microsoft customer for many years, and I have always been impressed with the company’s products and services. However, my experience with Microsoft Advertising has been nothing short of a nightmare.
I first contacted customer support after my account was blocked. The representative I spoke to was rude and unhelpful. He told me that he could not provide any information about why my account was blocked, and that I would need to wait for an email from the “back office.”
I waited several days for an email, but I never received one. I contacted customer support again, and the representative I spoke to told me that I would need to wait 10 business days for a response.
It has now been over 10 business days, and I have still not received a response from Microsoft. I am starting to lose hope that I will ever get my money back.
I am very disappointed with Microsoft’s handling of this situation. I feel like I have been treated unfairly, and I am not sure what to do next. I am considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
I would not recommend Microsoft Advertising to anyone. The company’s customer support is terrible, and there is no guarantee that your account will not be blocked without any explanation. I am very disappointed with my experience, and I hope that Microsoft will take steps to improve its customer service.
